用電鍋來個簡易(完全不講究XD)煲仔飯吧!
纖維很重要 也一起弄個奶油金針菇吧!
準備材料
- 煲仔飯的材料:白米、年節必備的肝腸或臘腸、蔥花。
- 奶油金針菇的材料:金針菇一包、奶油一小塊、鹽、黑胡椒。
做法如下

2.奶油金針菇部分:金針菇洗淨平鋪,其上放一小塊奶油、用少許鹽、胡椒調味,備用。

3.將準備好的煲仔飯、奶油金針菇層疊一起放置電鍋中,依一般煮飯程序。

4.電鍋跳起後,奶油金針菇就完成了。

5.電鍋跳起後(可以再多等個20-30分鐘),取出煲仔飯,將肝腸將之切片(小心燙)於米飯上,再依喜好灑上蔥花,整體拌勻就完成了。
