冬天的當季蘿蔔清甜多汁,漂亮又便宜!
除了自己動手做蘿蔔糕超簡單之外,也可以做成日式醃蘿蔔!!
是非常簡單又清爽美味,更是冰箱常備菜~
要準備的材料
蘿蔔一條、鹽、糖、糯米醋、以及玻璃容器。超簡易作法如下

2. 倒掉蘿蔔出的水,平整放入洗淨的玻璃容器中,在蘿蔔最上方放適量的糖(下圖中用了約1大匙),

再倒入糯米醋沒過蘿蔔(酸甜口味依個人口味調整)。

3. 將加入糖、醋的蘿蔔置於冰箱入味,即可食用。

4. 要吃的時候,要用乾淨的乾筷子或湯匙拿取,以免變質壞掉,盡快新鮮食用完畢為宜。
