【南港】炒牛肉、炒羊肉,經典組合饕客最愛!
今天要寫的食記是一家在南港展覽館附近的炒牛(羊)肉,是一家在軟體園區附近數十個年頭,屹立不搖的好吃店~

除了炒牛肉和炒羊肉外,鮮甜大碗的鮮魚湯也是必點!

炒牛肉的招牌就叫做南港炒牛肉店。其實比起牛肉,我比較喜歡吃炒羊肉,所以我們都直接叫他炒羊肉。

店內環境普通,不過算是寬敞整齊!建議自備餐具,因為該店提供的是免洗筷!

炒羊肉和炒牛肉是經典空心菜組合!清脆的空心菜,炒出甜甜的香味,配上羊肉獨特的香味,薄薄肉片和醬汁一起配上白飯,真是太下飯啦!

鮮魚味噌湯,更是料多實在。豆腐、無骨魚塊、蔥花、柴魚,好大一碗!清爽的味噌湯剛好巧妙平衡了重口味的炒羊肉!
